HR Consultant, Fee Accountant, and Tax Credit Site Accounting Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Long Branch is requesting proposals for three distinct service areas: HR Consultant Services, Fee Accountant Services, and Accounting Services for Tax Credit Sites. Proposals must be submitted by June 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to 2 Hope Lane, Long Branch, New Jersey 07740. All submissions must be in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the RFP name, respondent's company name, and return address. Late submissions will not be considered. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous proposal based on cost and other factors, with the successful respondent required to execute the contract within seven days of award notification. This RFP is being issued through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
