The Dougherty County School System (DCSS) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide office furniture. This includes the delivery, installation, and any necessary clean-up and disposal of packing materials. The vendor will be responsible for providing a project manager to serve as a single point of contact, ensuring high standards of quality and timeliness, and maintaining transparent communication. The installation areas are on the first floor of the building, and the building does not have a loading dock. Vendors must include their furniture lead time in their proposal. Liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance are required for the delivery and installation process. Specifications for the products, including quantities, are detailed in the attached Furniture Schedule Worksheet. Approved equal items must be submitted for consideration by the Q&A deadline. All materials and labor must be warranted for at least one year after final acceptance, or longer if per the manufacturer's standard warranty.
