Clay Street Parking Lot Construction

This opportunity is for the construction of the Clay Street Parking Lot. The scope of work includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork, drainage, seeding and grassing, and granular surfacing. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026, and will be publicly opened at the offices of Engineering Solutions, Inc. Electronic bids can be submitted through www.esiplans.com. Bidders are advised that any bid exceeding $50,000 must display the contractor's current certificate of responsibility number on the envelope, or include a statement that the bid does not exceed $50,000. A bid bond, certified check, or bank draft for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount is required. Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, materials and/or supply needs.
