Building G Annex Concrete Installation

This solicitation is for a concrete installation project at the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Headquarters. The project involves excavating an existing 20' x 90' area, compacting fill, and installing new meter and valve covers. The installation will include #3 rebar on 16" centers and 6", 3500 PSI concrete. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing temporary forms and cleaning up the site, providing a turnkey project. The contract term is three months from the effective date, with a potential six-month extension for re-advertising or transition purposes. The response due date has been extended to May 18, 2026, and an additional pre-bid site visit will be held on May 4, 2026.
