Fundraising Services and Products

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Fundraising Services and Products. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation offering period, with vendors encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. The contract term will extend from the date of award through September 30, 2027. Prohibited fundraisers include door-to-door solicitations, raffles or games of chance, donation solicitations, and letter campaigns. Successful respondents must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via email. Vendors are strictly prohibited from accepting or processing orders without a valid Purchase Order from CFBISD.
