Sanitary Sewer Alignment Mitigation Project Engineering Design

The City of Englewood is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants for professional Engineering Design services related to the Sanitary Sewer Alignment Mitigation Project. The project aims to address issues within the existing sanitary sewer alignment. The solicitation document includes an attached sample Professional Services Agreement (Attachment A) and a 2024 Sewer Evaluation Feasibility Study (Attachment B). Proposals must include a Transmittal Letter, Company Information, and address aspects such as Experience and Technical Capability, Project/Scope Understanding, Approach, and Implementation Schedule, and a Draft Agreement Review. The RFP is divided into bid packages for Project Management, Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Bid Package and Bid Support.
