Supply, Installation, and Servicing of Vending Machines

The Borough of Wildwood Crest, County of Cape May, State of New Jersey is soliciting sealed proposals for the supply, installation, and servicing of vending machines. Bids will be publicly opened and read on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room at Borough Hall, located at 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. Proposals must be submitted on the approved Bid Proposal Form, along with all required documentation as outlined in the Terms, Conditions, and Bid Specifications. These documents can be obtained from Patricia A. Feketics, Borough Clerk, at the same address during normal working hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Bidders must strictly adhere to all terms specified in these documents. All bids must be clearly addressed, sealed, and mailed or delivered to Patricia A. Feketics, Borough Clerk, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260, with the subject line clearly indicating "SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND SERVICING OF VENDING MACHINES" or a similar designation. The Borough of Wildwood Crest reserves the right to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best public interest and may waive any informalities. Bidders are required to comply with Public Laws of 1975, Chapter 127 (Affirmative Action Requirements) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27-1 et seq.
