Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks hand cut and pile services to improve forest health by reducing fuel buildup of dead standing, live standing, downed, and diseased trees. The project is located on 31 acres of private property in Summit County, Utah. Participation is strictly limited to contractors who are prequalified and on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at 9:00 am, starting at the Oakley City Hall parking lot (960 W Center St., Oakley, UT) and proceeding to the project site. Attendees must arrive on time and remain for the entire duration. Failure to attend in person will result in disqualification. The anticipated award will be a single contract to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Pricing must be guaranteed through project completion. The project performance period is from June 17th, 2026, to October 9th, 2026.
