Office Paper Products: Envelopes, Copy Paper, Etc.

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the provision and delivery of office paper products, such as envelopes and copy paper. These supplies will be stocked at the Consolidated Warehouse and distributed to City Departments as needed. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the City reserving the right to renew for two additional one-year periods. Vendors must have at least one year of experience in providing office paper products, the ability to meet minimum insurance requirements, and be free from legal or regulatory issues that could prevent them from fulfilling the agreement. Deliveries to the City's Consolidated Warehouse at 327 17th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713 must be made within seven business days of receiving a purchase order. Vendors are required to provide a single point of contact, a dedicated account manager, and must be able to receive purchase orders electronically. Specific product samples, including custom-printed envelopes and utility bill paper, must be provided by the solicitation closing date.
