Description

Washington County is seeking prime contract bids for the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) Phase 2 Remodel project. This project involves interior renovations to approximately 4,503 square feet on secure level 1 to create a new Emergency Operations Center (EOC), matts and weight room, and temporary office space. Additionally, 5,982 square feet on secure level 2 will be renovated into new patrol office space. Bids will be received electronically through Building Connected until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. All bids are to be on a lump sum basis. Bidders are required to accompany their bid with a bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the maximum bid submitted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
