Description

This solicitation, IFB# 2026-06, is for the construction of a storage building intended to serve as an alternative fuel center. Addendum #2 provides clarifications and modifications to the original Request for Proposal (RFP). Key clarifications include specifications for the overhead door, which should be a W14'2" x H14'0" Commercial Insulated, Sandwich Micro Grooved, R-17.54/2", 2-Sided Steel Sandwich with Polyurethane insulation. The color is to be determined but must match the building. The automatic garage door opener specifications include a 3" Reverse Angle Track to Steel, 51" of high lift with a 3/12 Straton Top Section, Safety Bottom Brackets, 50,000 Cycle Springs, and Perimeter Seal and Top Seal. Power is located approximately 125 feet west of the proposed building site. The concrete approach leading from the existing parking lot to the front of the storage building foundation is approximately 25 ft. W x 60ft L.
