New Sewer/Industrial Vacuum Truck

The City of Riverton is soliciting bids for one new sewer/industrial vacuum truck. An additive alternative is also available for a 400,000 BTU hot water boiler system. All bids must meet or exceed the specified requirements. Minor exceptions may be considered if approved via addendum, with requests submitted at least ten days prior to the bid opening. Bidders are encouraged to review detailed specifications and requirements, including those related to Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions, State Revolving Fund (SRF) program requirements, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid price is required, and preference will be given to Wyoming-based materials, supplies, equipment, machinery, and provisions of equal quality. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
