Banking Services for GoTriangle

The Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority (GoTriangle) is seeking proposals for comprehensive banking services. This includes core banking functions, deposit processing, online services, and optional services such as a Purchasing Card (P-Card) program, check validation, and armored transport. GoTriangle manages a diverse range of financial activities and currently utilizes multiple banking relationships for accounts payable, payroll, revenue collection, and debt service. The selected financial institution will be expected to provide secure, efficient, and cost-effective banking solutions, demonstrate robust fraud prevention measures, and offer high-quality customer service. Key requirements include maintaining a physical branch within 15 miles of GoTriangle Plaza, integrating with GoTriangle's ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and providing detailed reporting and transaction data. The contract term is for five years with potential for five one-year extensions.
