Various Truck Bodies, Components, Parts, and Installation Services

The Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group is seeking proposals for the purchase of various truck bodies, components, parts, and related installation services. This solicitation is divided into two groups: Group 1 covers DOT Class 1-3 Light Duty Trucks, SUVs, and cars, while Group 2 covers DOT Class 4-8 Medium and Heavy-Duty Trucks. The scope includes the provision and installation of a wide range of truck bodies such as dump bodies, stake beds, flatbeds, and service bodies, as well as components like snowplows, light bars, cab protectors, and custom fabrication. The agreement will be a Master Purchase Order with an estimated annual consumption of approximately $1.4 million. Pricing for parts and components will remain firm for the duration of the contract, with annual adjustments possible for truck body units upon request. Vendors are required to submit proposals electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet(r)).
