Intergovernmental Agreement for Transit Services - City of Tempe

This resolution authorizes the Mayor of the City of Tempe, Arizona, to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Regional Public Transportation Authority. This agreement is for the purchase and supply of transit services for the fiscal year 2025-26. The authorization is in accordance with various Arizona Revised Statutes and the City of Tempe Charter and Code. The City Council passed and adopted this resolution on March 26, 2026.
