Douglas County is requesting bids for the demolition of 9 structures. This opportunity includes specific requirements for bidders to submit street cut cost data, as detailed in the Revised Street Cut Form, and to conduct outreach to minority, disabled, and women-owned businesses for subcontracting opportunities, as outlined in the Minority Business & Women Business Enterprise Plan. A Small Enterprise Business (SEB) reserve is in place, and non-SEB authorized bids will only be considered if SEB authorized bids are not received. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond or acceptable substitute, payable to the City of Omaha. The original bid bond document must be received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the closing date.
