Printing and Delivery of University Newspaper

Minnesota State is seeking a vendor to provide printing and delivery services for the Minnesota State University, Mankato's student newspaper, The Reporter, and any special issues. The printing specifications include tabloid size (Image Area: 9.833 X 15; Page Size: 11 3/8 X 16) on 30 LB newsprint weight. The contractor will be responsible for printing and delivering the newspapers to one drop site on campus: The Reporter Office (CSU 293). The schedule includes printing twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the academic year, with the possibility of going bi-weekly or dropping publications with notice. Special sections like the Housing Guide, Best of MSU, and Futures Magazine may also be required. Files will be transferred by 4:00 AM, and delivery must be no later than 8:30 AM. The contract is expected to be for one or two years, starting August 1, 2026.
