Fine Arts Supplies, Equipment, and Contracted Services

Prosper Independent School District (PISD) is seeking bids for fine arts supplies, equipment, and contracted services to establish a list of awarded vendors for future needs. PISD aims to procure these items from the awarded vendors, with no obligation to use any particular vendor or guarantee a specific expenditure level. The contract will be effective for two fiscal years upon board approval, with the option to extend for three additional one-year periods. Proposals will be opened, evaluated, and qualified on a monthly basis. Vendors are encouraged to submit bids electronically, but paper submissions are also accepted and must be sealed and delivered by the closing date and time. Fax or email bids will not be accepted. Vendors are responsible for timely delivery, and late responses will be rejected. In case of office closure due to unforeseen circumstances, the deadline will be extended to the next operational business day. PISD reserves the right to postpone the deadline via addendum. Award results will be available after Board of Trustees approval. This is an extended opening RFP, with monthly evaluation and qualification of proposals.
