The University of Michigan, through its Health Information Technology Services (HITS), Nursing, and Human Resources departments, is seeking a new Nurse Scheduling and Time & Attendance system. This cloud-hosted, web-native solution aims to provide a modern, mobile, and secure platform for scheduling and timecard management, including remote workflows and real-time tools for leadership oversight. Key objectives include improving transparency, facilitating rule-based scheduling, and integrating with existing systems like PeopleSoft HCM and FinanceBI, while ensuring 24/7 secure access and robust reporting capabilities. The University expects to enter into a three-year agreement with an option to extend for an additional year, for two renewal terms. The primary scope of this Request for Proposal (RFP) covers the Michigan Medicine Academic Medical Center in Ann Arbor.
