Spot Purchase - Responsibly Sourced Gas (RSG)

This is a Request for Information from natural gas suppliers regarding Responsibly Sourced Gas (RSG) supplies. The RSG must have third-party certifications, including but not limited to Project Canary, MIQ, or EO100. Suppliers are requested to identify the specific certifications associated with the supply, including the grade, and indicate whether a registry or depository is used for administrative tracking. NAESB Contracts are required for the Sale and Purchase of RSG with NYPA. All Physical Gas Transactions must adhere to industry-standard North American Energy Board (NAESB) Base Contract Terms and Conditions. Gas suppliers must provide adequate information for the transporting pipeline(s) and confirm their agreement for Gas Transportation. Delivery is to be made to existing pipeline interconnections with the New York Facilities System. Suppliers must possess clean rights and title to sell the gas and demonstrate financial capability to complete the Gas Transactions.
