Description
The Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) is seeking a contractor to provide a Call Answering and Message Processing Service. This service will be responsible for accepting and processing calls for the After-Hours Emergency Service, primarily outside of Commonwealth business hours. The service aims to connect individuals who are Deaf, oral deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing, and are experiencing emergencies, with individuals providing language access services. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with five additional one-year renewal options.
