Cesar Chavez Elementary School Chiller Replacement

This project involves the demolition of an existing air-cooled chiller and associated outdoor piping and electrical conduit and wire. A replacement chiller of the same type and approximately the same size will be installed in the same location as the original. The scope also includes the installation of new piping, electrical conduit, and wiring to the new chiller, along with all related accessories. The project also requires startup, testing, adjusting, and balancing, as well as training for the District Facilities O&M Staff.
