Description

This project involves the renovation of the connecting corridor between Buildings 4 and 61 at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. Key aspects of the work include modifying the floor slope to comply with VA guidelines, installing a new HVAC system, lighting, fire protection, and a railing system. Demolition of portions of the existing connector/corridor will also be performed as required to construct the new work. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, with a completion period of 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
