The Department of Veterans Affairs, Minneapolis VA Medical Center, intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract with WebMD Health Corp/The Staywell Co, LLC for Krames on Demand/Custom Content Builder Software as a Service (SAAS). This comprehensive patient education content platform allows for the import and editing of VA proprietary content, building content from scratch, and customizing patient education materials. It also provides discharge instructions, video content, an integrated online patient education system, and access to a library of patient education images. Market research was conducted, including a Brand Name or Equal Sources Sought notice, which did not yield any responsive vendors capable of providing an equal solution.
