Potomac Circle Road Construction Services

The Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) is seeking prime contracting services for road construction on Potomac Circle. This project is financed through a 2024 Community Project Funding (CPF) Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and will be subject to regulations from the Departments of Labor and HUD. As a Public Works project, it must adhere to Washington State prevailing wage rates and apprenticeship requirements, as well as Section 3 performance-based requirements (at least 25% labor hours, 5% targeted Section 3 Workers) and Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act requirements for iron and steel products. Bidders must submit questions, clarifications, or modification requests before the Questions / Clarifications Deadline. Submitted bids signify acceptance of all contract requirements.
