Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs is requesting quotes for a Stryker Neptune S Rover and docking station, or equal. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 339112. The equipment must hold 8L of fluid, be capable of suction, be a closed system, have no liners to dispose of, allow waste to go down a drain or hopper, be capable of two lines of suction, allow for specimen transfer, have an illuminated display and work surface, include a secondary line of suction, have a specimen collection holding basket, have an internal washing system, include a docking station, have rolling caster wheels with locks, have a user interface interactive LCD screen with full color, and have a method of determining whether a specimen has been collected with a volume indicator. The docking station must have internal washers, electromagnetic coupler engagement to limit touchpoints; no lids, hoses, or canisters, 3 wash cycles/lengths, and accommodates incoming water supply at 50-120 PSI. All deliveries will be coordinated with the point of contact at the Portland VA Medical Center. Quotes must be emailed to Maureen.Sundstrom@va.gov no later than 10:00 AM PST on 03/27/2025.
