Disaster Debris Removal Services

Santa Rosa County is seeking proposals for comprehensive disaster debris removal and management services. This includes the collection, loading, hauling, reduction, recycling, and disposal of various types of disaster-related debris from public rights-of-way and property. Services may also include managing debris management sites, removing hazardous trees and limbs, and handling construction and demolition debris, hazardous materials, white goods, vehicles, vessels, and marine debris. The contract will be for an initial period of three years with the possibility of two one-year renewals. The County encourages participation from small businesses, minority-owned businesses, and disadvantaged business enterprises. Proposals must be submitted through the Santa Rosa County Procurement Portal by 10:30 am on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
