Timber Stumpage Sale - Susquehannock State Forest

This solicitation is for the sale of sawtimber and pulpwood stumpage on approximately 100 acres located in Stewardson Township, Potter County, Pennsylvania. The timber sale includes an estimated 860 MBF of sawtimber, primarily Red Maple and Red Oak, and 106 HCF of Northern Hardwood pulpwood. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bid Express service (www.bidexpress.com) by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. A bid deposit of $10,000.00 is required, payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and must be uploaded with the bid submission. The successful bidder will have 5 business days to mail the physical bid deposit check to the Bureau of Forestry in Harrisburg, PA. The contract will expire on June 30, 2028.
