Roadway Surface Data Collection and Rating Services

Baltimore County is seeking proposals for roadway surface data collection and rating services to assess pavement conditions and prioritize maintenance projects. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing and supporting PAVER pavement data collection and analysis services. This involves scanning each lane of the County's roads every three years on a rotating basis to determine the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) score, aiding in the assessment and prioritization of road maintenance projects. This is a one-year agreement with the possibility of up to four one-year renewals.
