East Side Sports Complex OSLAD Grant Development

This project involves the development of the East Side Sports Complex, funded in part by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources OSLAD grant program. The scope of work includes a variety of construction and installation services such as asphalt and concrete paving, color coat surfacing, artificial turf, engineered wood fiber, infield mix, volleyball sand, ornamental and chainlink fence installation, playground and fitness equipment installation, drainage systems, landscaping, and lawn restoration. Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. local time on June 3, 2026, at the Park District offices located at 8 North Avenue, St. Charles, IL 60174. Bid documents will be available from Accurate Repro, Inc.'s Planroom starting May 11, 2026. Minority business firms are encouraged to submit bids and utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors.
