Psychological Examiner, Physical, and Occupational Therapy Services

Doniphan R-1 Special Education Programs and Services is requesting proposals from licensed/certified professionals to provide Psychological Examiner Services, and Physical/Occupational therapy services for the 2026-2027 school year. Specifications can be obtained by calling the Special Education Office at (573) 996-3667, Option 7, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. All submissions must be clearly marked "Attention: Mrs. Kayla Sparkman, Proposal for Physical/Occupational Therapy". Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
