OUT Facility Training Room Expansion

The City of Oxford, Mississippi is soliciting bids for the expansion of the OUT Facility building to accommodate a new training room. The project is located at 409 McElroy Drive, Oxford, MS 38655. Design plans and technical specifications are available for download from oxfordmsbids.com. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 19th, 2026, at 11:00 am at City Hall. Bids are due by 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 25th, 2026, and must be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronically through www.oxfordmsbids.com. A bid bond or certified check of at least 5% of the total bid amount is required for all bids.
