Description
The State of New Mexico, Public School Facilities Authority (PSFA) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Bond Reconciliation Consulting Services. This is a competitive sealed proposal process conducted in accordance with the New Mexico Procurement Code. Proposals are due by May 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (MDT). The contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to PSFA, considering the evaluation factors outlined in the RFP. PSFA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor irregularities, and cancel this solicitation at any time if deemed in the best interest of the State.
