Steel Siding, Roofing, and HVAC Replacement Project

The Washington County Agricultural Society is soliciting bids for a project that includes the removal and replacement of existing steel siding and roofing on an approximately 5,000 square-foot building. This work will encompass all necessary underlayment, trim, and fasteners, utilizing new 26-gauge steel. Additionally, the project requires the installation of a new HVAC system, including all associated electrical and mechanical work to ensure a complete and operational system. Sealed bids must be submitted to P.O. Box 25392, Woodbury, MN 55125, and will be accepted until May 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST. Bids received after this deadline will not be considered. A public opening and reading of the bids will take place on June 4, 2026, at 6:30 PM CST at the Washington County Fairgrounds Hooley Hall.
