Censis-Compatible Cordless Barcode Scanners and Label Printers for GCVHCS
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS
The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 is issuing a Sources Sought notice to gather market research information regarding the procurement of Censis-compatible cordless barcode scanners and label printers. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS) in Biloxi, MS, requires eight (8) Zebra Cordless Scanners and eight (8) Zebra Label Printers, or equal, compatible with their existing CensiTrac system. This equipment is essential for tracking reusable medical devices used in surgical and clinical operations. The NCO 16 is seeking to understand contractor interest, capabilities, qualifications, and industry pricing. Responses should address compliance with the Nonmanufacturer Rule, Buy American Act, and Trade Agreement Act. Interested contractors must provide details on their business size, distribution authorization, product origin, delivery schedules, and any existing contract vehicles (GWAC, GSA, IDIQ, BPA) under which they can supply the requested items. Descriptive literature and evidence of past performance on similar government contracts are also requested.
