On-Call Construction Services for Utility Systems Repair

This project involves on-call construction services for the repair of various utility systems. Services include coordinating and constructing contacting utilities, obtaining permits, bypass pumping, planning, setting, and removal of barricades, cutting asphalt, excavation, trenching, dewatering, shoring, compacting backfill, and surface restoration. These services will be required for water treatment and distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, potable and non-potable water lines, facilities, pumps, pump stations, surge tanks, reservoirs, and lift stations, as directed by the City. Individual Task Orders will be issued for the Work. The initial period of performance is through June 30, 2027, with four (4) one-year option periods. The annual budget is estimated at $700,000.
