Middle School Restroom Renovations

This project involves the renovation of restrooms at a middle school within the Tupelo Public School District. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026. Bids can be submitted either physically to the Tupelo Public School District at 445 North Church Street, Tupelo, MS 38804, or electronically through www.jbhmplans.com. Plans and specifications for the "Middle School Restroom Renovations" project are available for inspection and purchase through JBHM Architects, PA via their website www.jbhmplans.com. Digital copies (.pdf format) and paper prints can be obtained from the architect; these documents are non-refundable. All plan holders must register on the website using a valid email address. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check equal to at least 5% of the base bid. Bids must remain valid for sixty (60) days after closing. Prime and Subcontractors bidding over $50,000 are required to comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985. All bids exceeding $5,000 must include a bid bond or certified check for 5% of the bid amount, accompanied by a Power of Attorney if a bid bond is used.
