Electronic Payment Services for the City of Lawrence

The City of Lawrence, Massachusetts is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for electronic payment services. Proposals must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk, Room #107, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, by 11:00 a.m. on June 15, 2026. Specifications can be downloaded from cityoflawrence.com/Bids starting June 1, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated based on staff capacity, references, service plan, and price, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
