The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Acquisitions, intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order with Vanderbilt University Medical Center for specialized computational analysis services. These services are required to identify clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) using longitudinal whole genome sequencing (WGS) data from the Framingham Heart Study. The contractor will perform longitudinal analysis of WGS data from two time points, including recalibration of prior datasets, detection of somatic mutations, and identification of CHIP using validated analytical pipelines. This is a follow-on effort to previously completed work by the same vendor, necessary to maintain methodological consistency, ensure reproducibility of prior analyses, and avoid duplication of cost and schedule delays. Services will be performed at the contractor's facility, with data accessed remotely via dbGaP and the TOPMed Data Exchange. The period of performance is from June 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The associated NAICS code is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services) with a small business size standard of $19.5M. This requirement has no set-aside restrictions.
