Compacted Garbage Collection and Disposal Services

The Town of Palm Beach, Florida is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for compacted garbage collection and disposal services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform these services. Any fees or fines incurred due to the contractor's performance will be the contractor's sole responsibility. Submissions must be made electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) platform. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams, with details available in the "Events" section and "Files" for joining instructions. Attendance is strongly encouraged for direct clarification with Town staff. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Town reserves the right to award in a manner that best serves its interests, including all-or-none or line-by-line awards. Prices must remain valid for ninety (90) days from the bid close date. Vendor responsibility will be determined without regard to social, political, or ideological interests, as per Florida Statutes.
