Insulation Batting Fabric Procurement

Federal Prison Industries/UNICOR intends to procure insulation batting fabric. The requirement includes 18,000 yards of 200g white poly insulation batting fabric and 16,000 yards of 400g white poly insulation batting fabric. The fabric must be roll good fabric by the yard, weighing 200 or 400 grams, and be white in color. The insulation shall be capable of meeting specific end-item performance testing requirements and toxicity requirements as specified in GL-PD-22-10.
