Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9, is soliciting for the installation and programming of Avigilon Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment. This procurement includes Avigilon cameras, Cisco network switches, adapters, mounts, extension tubes, power supplies, POE+ switches, Avigilon Unity camera channels, panduit, conduit, cables, and associated labor. The equipment is intended to expand and enhance the existing Avigilon CCTV system at the Lt Col Luke Weathers Jr. VA Medical Center in Memphis, TN, specifically for the main warehouse and the VA Police server room. All new equipment must integrate seamlessly with the current proprietary Avigilon CCTV system, adhering to its security protocols and password protection standards. Technicians performing the installation must be Avigilon certified, and the vendor must provide proof of OEM authorization or authorized distributor status for Avigilon products. The work is to be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with any deviations requiring prior approval.
