The U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is seeking an organization or association to form a strategic partnership, via a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), to plan, coordinate, and execute an industry and demonstration day event. This event is intended to facilitate collaboration on current challenges within the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community, focusing on areas such as conflict and counter-VEO operations, Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Counter UxS, Artificial Intelligence for SOF, and advanced sensing and precision engagement. The selected partner will be responsible for all aspects of event execution, including advertising, registration, agenda development, venue rental, event website hosting, and coordination with local law enforcement and Fort Bragg base access requirements. The event must take place within the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, run for up to five days, and be located within 20 miles of Fort Bragg, NC, with any deviations requiring pre-approval. Submissions should detail the organization's experience, capabilities, and methodology for executing the event, including proposed panel discussions, industry exhibition components, information session topics, keynote speakers, and a contingency plan. This notice also serves as a Request for Information (RFI) to gather ideas for future industry and demonstration events.
