Kitchen Exhaust and Filter Cleaning Services

Washington County Housing Authority is seeking a contractor to provide annual kitchen exhaust and filter cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for multiple buildings equipped with kitchen facilities. The scope of work includes steam cleaning of fans, ducting (through the roof and interior hoods), GX cartridges, dish exhaust, and filters as applicable. The contractor will also be responsible for necessary repairs and replacement parts. Insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Professional Liability, and Workers' Compensation. Specific limits and endorsements are detailed in Attachment C, including additional insured status for Washington County on most policies. Pollution, Cyber Liability, and Employee Dishonesty coverage may also be required depending on the specific services provided.
