Bretton Woods Drive Resurfacing Project - Engineering Services RFQ

The Town of Hope Mills is soliciting qualifications from engineering firms to provide professional services for the Bretton Woods Drive Resurfacing Project. This project involves approximately 2220 linear feet of roadway and may include asphalt resurfacing, full-depth reclamation, base repairs, minor drainage improvements, and pavement marking. The selected firm will be responsible for survey and data collection, design and plan preparation, bidding and procurement support, and construction administration. Submittals will be evaluated based on experience, qualifications of staff, project approach, past performance, and familiarity with local/state requirements. The selection process will follow North Carolina's Mini-Brooks Act for qualifications-based selection.
