Planning and Urban Design Services for Strategic Development

The City of Virginia Beach Economic Development Office (VBED) is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to provide planning and urban design services. These services will support various potential projects aimed at modernizing and strengthening the city's attractiveness as a destination, and growing economic opportunity and community investment. The VBED's Project Development team focuses on ensuring properties are developed or redeveloped to their highest and best use, aligning with strategic development area plans and overseeing the Economic and Tourism Development portion of the City's Capital Improvement Program.
