St. George Airport West - 82-Acre Parcel Sale or Lease

The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (TLA) is soliciting offers or proposals for the sale or lease of approximately 82 acres of Trust Lands located on the west side of the St. George Airport in St. George City, Washington County, Utah. The property is situated in Township 43 South Range 15 West, Sections 11, 14, and 15 SLB&M. Access to the land is available via Banded Hills Drive. It is important to note that no utilities are currently stubbed to the property, and approximately 40% of the land falls within a hillside overlay. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM on June 22, 2026, and will be evaluated according to TLA's established criteria and selection process. TLA reserves the right to reject any proposal.
