Management and Operation of Childcare Development Program

The Chaffey Community College District is soliciting proposals from qualified providers to manage and operate a Child Development Center on the Chaffey College campus. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, licensed, and affordable childcare services for children between the ages of 18 months and kindergarten. The program is intended to support educational access by offering low or no-cost childcare for eligible children of enrolled Chaffey College students. Services are expected to be operational by Fall 2027 under an initial five-year contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
