Sole Source: CardioLab Recording System Upgrade

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Iowa City Healthcare System. The VA intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed-Priced Purchase Order with GE HealthCare for the CardioLab BT21 HD system, including hardware, software, accessories, service, and installation. This procurement is for supplies that are unique and specialized, meeting the government's needs exclusively through GE HealthCare's offerings. The system is used in the Electrophysiology Laboratory to record, display, analyze, and document intracardiac electrograms, surface ECG, hemodynamic data, and ablation system parameters. The upgrade is critical for maintaining uninterrupted Cardio Laboratory operations and ensuring the system meets performance and security requirements. A one-year minimum warranty is required, and installation and clinical education/on-site training will be provided by the contractor.
