General Contractor Services for East Irondequoit Central School District

The East Irondequoit Central School District (EICSD) is soliciting bids for General Contractor (GC) services. This contract will cover a range of tasks including, but not limited to, masonry repairs, carpentry work, small renovation projects, wood structure repair, drywall repair, painting, and door installation/repair. Services will be provided on an hourly charge basis for routine and emergency calls related to building and facilities issues within the district. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a GC crew, service vehicle, and necessary equipment such as lifts and ladders. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, or until funds are exhausted. Bids will be evaluated based on hourly rates for labor, excluding materials, and must include all associated costs such as permit fees and time spent obtaining permits and meeting with inspectors. The contractor must also provide certified payroll and maintain adequate insurance coverage.
